Our Family
Our family spans five generations of artists, designers, and musicians, whose creative work is represented in museums and private collections in more than 20 countries. Anatoly Kuznetsov is a painter and member of the artistic group “Nemiga-17,” honored as a People’s Artist of Belarus. Irina Kuznetsova, daughter of Ivan Medvedev and Nina Zhogoleva, and granddaughter of Alexander Zhogolev (the earliest known artist in the family), is a glass artist, creator of stained-glass windows, curator of international projects, and recipient of the medal of the Belarusian Union of Artists. Their daughter Olga works in painting, graphics, gesso, and decorative painting; she has participated in UNESCO exhibitions, the International Plein Air named after Chagall, and other projects. In the 1990s and 2000s, the family was actively involved in exhibitions and cultural initiatives in Belarus, France, Germany, and Russia.

Our Heritage
The younger generation continues the family’s creative line in new forms. Matvey Igumnov combines his interest in art with digital technologies, creating a platform for artists and curators, and runs a website about our artistic dynasty. His sister Ulyana works with singing, dance, and visual arts; she has participated in an exhibition at the Belarusian State Philharmonic and has performed in Italy. Since childhood, they have been surrounded by the works of older generations — Ivan Medvedev, Anatoly, Irina, and Olga Kuznetsova — and maintain their connection with art through exhibitions, projects, and travels. Each of us continues the family line in our own way, staying in dialogue with both tradition and modernity.
